- Suitable for all ages with average fitness; however, you must be able to climb and descend stairs and walk on unpaved or uneven terrain

- Due to the nature of Māori kai (food), not all diets can be catered for, including vegan options
- Jandals, sandals, flip-flops or high-heeled shoes are not suitable
