The Classic Wine Tour with Appellation Wine Tours is the perfect way to spend an afternoon in Queenstown. This tour takes you on a journey through some of the most stunning vineyards in the Gibbston wine region, where you'll get to taste some of the finest wines in the world.
The tour starts with a pick-up from your accommodation in Queenstown, where you'll be greeted by your knowledgeable and friendly guide. From there, take a scenic drive from Queenstown to Gibbston with famous sights along the way, including the AJ Hackett Bungy bridge and Kawarau River.
Enjoy wine tasting at 3 premium vineyards, including a shared cheeseboard and guided tour of the largest underground wine cave in New Zealand. You will be treated to a range of different wines, from crisp whites to full-bodied reds. Throughout the tour, your passionate guide will provide an informative commentary about the region and its fascinating history.
