What you can expect
Meet Hydro Sharks, Queenstown’s latest high-speed hydro experience, and the world’s first semi-submersible thrill ride of its kind. Designed like a hybrid between a stunt plane and a torpedo, the shark can dip underwater, burst back above the surface, and throw in sharp G-turns and side rolls as it powers across the bay. With speeds reaching up to 80 km/h on the water and up to 40 km/h underwater, it’s a short, sharp hit of excitement from start to finish. Rides run for 15 minutes and seat one passenger, with your pilot adjusting the pace to suit your style, from a fun sightseeing spin to an all-out adrenaline session.

- The actual ride is 15 minutes in duration
- Please allow 25 minutes for the experience

- Due to safety reasons, handheld personal cameras and video cameras are not permitted
- Trips are weather dependent – Hydro Attack’s operation can be affected by high swell on the lake, heavy rain or stormy conditions and Hydro Attack reserves the right to modify trip times and cancel trips at their sole discretion. A full refund can be given for trips cancelled by weather when the cancellation is verified by Hydro Attack

Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be given with at least 24 hours notice.
- No refunds/changes/transfers with less than 24 hours notice.
- No refunds will be issued for no shows
