- Bikes are all 2022 models for the ultimate riding experience. E Bikes are Giant Talon E+ bikes with lightweight frames and the Hardtail bikes are Talons
- Staff are contactable at all times in case an unfortunate break down or accident/incident should occur

Great day biking, everything was well explained and it was a fun day out.
We absolutely loved this experience and would absolutely do it again following a new track. The ride was super painful on the butt though and there were a couple of places on the route which weren’t sign posted so we’ll.
