  • Please allow 1 hour for this experience (this includes 15-20 minutes for training)
Departure Location
  • Please meet at One Mile Powerhouse Car Park, 130 Lake Esplanade, Queenstown. A 1 min drive or 10 min walk from town at the end of Lake Esplanade you come to a roundabout with 3 major exits and a dirt road exit. The dirt road exit has a sign to indicate the One Mile Powerhouse. Go up the road into the car park area to meet your guide who will be there 5 mins before your booking time. In google maps enter; Ben Lomond Track Trailhead
What To Bring
  • We recommend bringing an extra layer of clothing as it can be chilly. In Winter warm socks and shoes are recommended along with beanies, gloves and jackets. Segway on Q has spare gloves for those that need them
Additional Information
  • There is a maximum of 8 people on this experience. A minimum of two people are required for booking
  • Rescheduling within 24hrs of booking time may be accepted at operator's discretion
  • Segway on Q operates in most weather conditions but if there's heavy rain or you are concerned about the conditions then please contact them 1hr before your booking time to discuss options

  • Minimum weight is 35kg
  • Maximum weight is 120kgs
  • A minimum of two people are required for booking
Cancellation Policy
  • Change your booking up to 24 hours before the start time of your experience
  • Changes are not permitted within 24 hours of your experience
  • Late arrivals or no shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
