A highlight of the Kereru Tour is the stunning views from the ziplines. As you glide through the air, enjoy panoramic vistas of Queenstown, Lake Wakatipu and the surrounding mountains - an unforgettable experience.
Kereru 2-line & drop tour This tour takes you through the treetops on two breathtaking ziplines and ends with a whopping 21 metre drop! You'll discover the story of New Zealand and how Ziptrek work to preserve the natural landscape and protect native wildlife. Great for those seeking an extra thrill or short on time.

- Kereru 2-line & drop ziplining tour
- 10 minute uphill walk along the Tiki Trail
- Informative guided talks on tree platforms with a conservation focus
- Full body harness & helmet provided
- The Skyline Gondola pass is not included in this experience.
- Allow 45 mins - 1 hour
- 2:20pm (additional 10:00am departure in summer)
- Departs from the top of the Skyline Gondola complex. You will need to catch the gondola to the top (additional cost) or hike up the Tiki
- Trail (steep track, allow at least 60 minutes)
- Operates all year

- Ziptrek is an outdoor adventure activity & operates in all weather conditions & reservations are strongly recommended
- Sturdy, closed toe footwear is required for all tours
- Pregnant guests & those with a recent injury are not allowed to participate
- Minimum age of 6 years
- Minimum weight of 20kgs (44 lbs)
- Maximum weight of 125kgs (275 lbs)
- Guests must be a minimum of 15 years old to zip without a guardian. All minors (under 18 years) require a guardian signature on their waiver before embarking on the tour
- It is cooler in the canopy of the trees. Guests are encouraged to always bring extra layers, even in summer
- Tours include light stair climbing & trail walking. Guests must be able to walk unassisted
- Small item storage is available at the Tree-house for guests participating on the Kereru Tour
- If you have a camera or small video recording device you can bring it with you. We recommend they have a wrist or neck strap so that you can attach it to yourself when zipping
