For the ultimate day of adrenaline-pumping adventure in Rotorua, combine two grade 5 white water rafting trips on the Kaituna & Wairoa Rivers with Kaituna Cascades. These mighty rivers are regarded as the best in New Zealand for rafting trips, and this epic combo is only available for 26 days in summer due to dam releases - so get in there quick! Start off in Tauranga by navigating boulder gardens and waterfalls with your Kaituna Cascades guide on the Wairoa River. Then head back to Rotorua for rafting on the Kaituna River, which features the highest commercially rafted waterfall in the world, the 7 metre Tutea Falls.
