Meet at Polynesian Spa on Hinemoa Street, Lakeside, Rotorua
Operates daily all year

Minimum 2 adults (16yrs+) required per booking
Children are permitted if accompanied by 2 adults
Children under 5yrs enter free (babies are required to wear swimming nappies)
Children under 8yrs must be supervised by an adult at all times
Swimwear is available to hire or purchase on site
Private pools are not extendable beyond 45 minutes
Polynesian Spa is cashless, card payment required for any purchases on the day
Mineral water can tarnish jewellery, we recommend removing jewellery before entering the pools

For direct pool bookings (public or private), you can reschedule your booking up to three months ahead if you let us know at least 12 hours before your scheduled time
We do not provide refunds, and changes requested with less than 12 hours’ notice are non-refundable and non-transferable
For Retreat Day Spa therapies, a minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required to cancel or change a booking for a full refund
Cancellations or changes with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
