Begin with the Waterfall Shower (Te Iringa), where cascading water awakens your senses. Transition to the Fire and Ice Cave (Te Ahi Tupua), a unique combination of a sunna and an ice plunge, stimulating circulation and leaving you feeling refreshed. Next, immerse yourself in the renowned thermal pools (Te Taiwhanga Matua), where you can choose from 5 pools. The soothing geothermal waters provide unparalleled relaxation and healing benefits.
The journey continues with the Geothermal Mud Lounge (Te Pae Paru), where the mineral-rich mud purifies your skin and detoxifies your body, leaving you feeling renewed. - Check in at Wai Ariki Hot Springs & Spa located on Whakaue Street, Rotorua
- Operates daily all year (except Christmas)
- Cafe onsite with amazing food and drink options
- Minimum age is 16 years
- Please bring swimwear and a towel
- We suggest you do not wear jewellery in the springs as the minerals may cause tarnishing
- Maintenance is regularly carried out each day to maintain the highest standards of health and safety. From time to time some facilities may be temporarily unavailable
