What you can expect
This full-on heli ski package from Wanaka in New Zealand consists of SEVEN heli-ski runs that are designed with the more advanced skier/snowboarder in mind. An emphasis on the "maximum vertical" is placed with this experience that will push you to your limits. Explore the stunning Wanaka New Zealand mountain scenery before pushing off with your board or skis for the ultimate heli ski or heli snowboard experience as your expert, qualified guide takes you to the best runs that the area has to offer to ensure you get the most "extreme" adventure possible!
In addition to the skiing itself, you'll also be provided with all necessary safety equipment as well as a delicious, alpine-style buffet lunch to be enjoyed at lunch time, and all transfers from your accommodation to the helicopter staging areas along with subsequent return are included, making for a great value, maximum-convenience package!

- Operates during winter months only (July-September)
- Mountain weather can be unpredictable. On the morning of your trip, the Head Guide will evaluate the snow & weather information & decide if conditions are suitable for heli-skiing to operate. HMH will then ring you to confirm if the trip will go ahead

- Bring warm clothing including windproof Jacket & pants, warm gloves, sunglasses or goggles, sunscreen & camera
- It is wise to book well in advance
- Extra runs are available subject to conditions & agreement from a minimum of three clients per group

- You will be skiing/boarding with others of a similar ability
- Private heli ski charters are available on request
