Private Sauna & Ice Bath in Queenstown
Highlights & inclusions
What you can expect
Take time for yourself with a private sauna and ice bath in Queenstown at O-Studio. This 60 minute session gives you full access to a private room fitted with an infrared sauna and cold plunge pool, allowing you to experience the benefits of contrast therapy in a space that’s entirely your own.
This infrared sauna experience in Queenstown gently heats the body at a lower temperature range (typically 50°C-70°C), providing a more comfortable yet effective alternative to traditional saunas. You’re in control of your experience, so adjust the heat, lighting and hot/cold time to suit your preference.
Alternate your sauna with a cold immersion in the ice bath, designed to reduce inflammation, promote muscle recovery and increase mental clarity. The ability to move between hot and cold at your own pace supports circulation and contributes to your overall wellbeing.
