- Volcanic landings, where available, are at the pilot's discretion and undertaken at passengers' own risk
- Individual passenger weights are required at the time of booking
- Additional charges may apply for passengers over 110kg.
- Passengers over 135kg may be required to purchase two adult fares
- Minimum passenger numbers apply; minimum of two adult fares
- If cancelled due to weather or circumstances beyond the operator's control, guests will be offered a rescheduled flight or full refund
- Bags and backpacks are not permitted onboard
- A safety briefing and safety equipment are provided before departure

- Children aged two to 11 years travel on a child fare
- If cancellation occurs within 30 days of the date of travel a 25% cancellation fee will apply
- If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the date of travel a 75% cancellation fee will apply
- If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the date of travel a 100% cancellation fee will apply
