- Flights require a minimum of four passengers to operate
- All flights are subject to weather conditions
- Luggage and vehicle storage at the Bluff base can be arranged for overnight stays; request upon booking

- Changes are not permitted within 7 days of your experience
- Late arrivals or no-shows may result in you forfeiting your experience
- Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking
