- Open every day of the year from 8.30am, including Christmas Day.
- This experience grants you all-day access.
- This experience takes place at the West Coast Wildlife Centre, corner of Cron Street and Cowan Street, Franz Josef / Waiau 7886, West Coast.
- Ticket allows unlimited entry within 24 hours
- Suggested visit duration is one to two hours
- Child rate applies to children aged between five and 15 years
- Children under the age of five can enter free of charge
